THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Turn scattered fleet information into a useful working view.

When vehicle updates, route records, and operational reports live in different places, dispatch and oversight become harder. We design a common workspace that makes the information available from your tracking sources easier to use.

A SOLUTION AROUND YOUR WORKFLOWS

Useful capabilities. A carefully agreed scope.

The following modules can be scoped to your requirements; availability depends on the final implementation.

01

Vehicle & asset visibility

Bring supported location sources into a dashboard with vehicle identifiers, status, and appropriate access controls.

02

Location history

Review trips, route history, and available timestamps to understand movements and investigate operational questions.

03

Geofencing & alerts

Scope area-based notifications and operational alerts where tracker capabilities and data quality support them.

04

Fleet utilization

Define relevant reports and indicators based on the data your devices and business systems can provide.

05

Team dashboards

Give dispatchers, managers, and other users the information appropriate to their responsibilities.

06

Tracker integrations

Assess hardware protocols, platform APIs, data permissions, and connectivity before committing to an integration.

Software is one part of a working tracking solution

Live GPS tracking requires compatible installed hardware, power, network connectivity, a reliable data source, and backend integration. Update intervals and coverage depend on those inputs. We assess your existing devices or third-party platform first; the illustration here is not a live map.

Implementation & onboarding

We review assets, trackers, protocols, coverage, and reporting needs. An agreed pilot validates data accuracy and user workflows before a wider rollout, training, and support handover.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply or install GPS hardware?

Hardware procurement and installation are not assumed. We establish whether your existing trackers are compatible and agree any supplier or installation responsibilities before implementation.

Will tracking be live everywhere?

No software can guarantee coverage where devices cannot obtain or transmit data. Location freshness depends on GPS reception, connectivity, hardware configuration, and the source platform.

Can we keep our existing tracking provider?

We can assess that provider's API, data access permissions, documentation, and commercial terms. Integration is offered only after compatibility and access have been confirmed.

Can we define our own alerts and reports?

Yes, requirements can be scoped around your operations. The available reports and alerts depend on the actual fields, event frequency, and reliability of your data sources.
